For modified or classic vehicles older than 30 years
In Western Australia, the Department of Transport (DoT) has made available a system of Concessional Registration for modified and classic motor vehicles titled "Concessions for Classics" - C4C. The DCCC has determined that , as an Authorised Motoring Club, it will make Concession Code C4Cavailable to our membership.Consistent with the objectives of the Club, the DCCC has developed a policy dealing with our management of the Code within the Club and importantly, the extent of vehicle modifications acceptable to the Club.
Members considering making application to place a vehicle on Code C4C registration onto the Clubs register of vehicles are requested to read the Clubs policy first before applying.

You will require this form to formally make application to the DoT to place your vehicle onto Concession Code C4C. The Dallies Classic Car Club Vehicle Scrutineer will sign this form as an Authorised Officer of the Club once they have determined that your vehicle is in accordance with the Club's policy and the required documentation provided and you have added the vehicle to your membership profile on the Club web site.
DoT compliant Restricted Use stickers and plates and Club approved Log Books are all available from the Club. Please contact the club to organise.
For vehicles 25+ years old that are kept in original, unmodified condition.
In Western Australia, the concessional registration of eligible Historic Vehicles is subject to arrangements negotiated between the Department of Transport and the Council of Motoring Clubs of WA. As an eligible member of the CMC, the VCC is able to make concessional registration Code 404 available to its members.
Over the past few years number of changes have taken place to Code 404 which are the regulations by which the concessional licence for unmodified vehicles over 25 years old is based, the latest changes came into force from December 19, 2016.

You will require this form if you want to change your current licensed vehicle to a concessional licence.
Currently licensed vehicles within WA are NOT required to undergo an inspection prior to applying for the 404 concession. The owner simply takes the current licence papers, a copy of their club financial letter (form CMC1) and completed form E81 to any Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) Centre.
Note: Your signature must be witnessed - hence do not sign before attending the Licensing Centre. The counter staff can witness your signature on the E81.
